We're receiving reports from users who are experiencing issues when trying to contact us from via our Help & Support section.
We have investigated this & our supplier, Freshworks Inc, has confirmed the issue is due to a glitch with their systems. We're waiting for Freshdesk to get back to us when the issue has been resolved.

The team are aware of this and are currently working to find a solution.
